@jodipr79 Oh boy, this seller is a drop shipper and why this method of sales and not having inventory on hand is troublesome. They used the money to buy the goods probably. Lets hope you can claw the money back. Call PayPal customer service to try and change the reason of dispute to Item Not Received: Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US. Say "Live Agent" to the automated recording. If you do receive your item but is significantly not as described (not buyer's remorse: don't like, don't fit, bought by mistake, didn't meet expectations, etc), you can change the reason of dispute by contacting customer service or through the case file in resolution center.
