I had an exact the same.problem. Yesterday, paypal closed a claim case and refunded the buyer but I haven't received my item at all. I called paypal to request a hold until I receive the item but was rejected saying that I need to resolve.the issue with the buyer. Why don't I get the same protection as a seller than a buyer ? Its a 500$ transaction , wasn't exactly peanuts were talking about here. If I don't receive the item by end of week, this is going to the consumers tribunal. I just don't understand that all I'm requesting is a hold until the item is received or even the buyer providing tracking information. .
