I've received a partial refund from a seller but they didn't refund the postage though they guaranteed the item would be delivered to the room of my choice. I had to open a dispute to get them to pick the sofa up and give me my money back in the first place. They delivered the wrong item in the first place and wanted me to pay another £59.00 to exchange the item so I told them to just pick it up and I'd go elsewhere. Is there anything I can do to get the courier charge refunded as they didn't deliver/ place it in the room requested and needed my help to bring the sofa from the van to my flat as only one person brings the item. This is a business not a private seller. I thought £59.00 was a lot to start with.
