I had the same issue and it was not my connection because I connected to all my other apps with no problem. My device would not pair and I kept getting notification that I was not connected. I removed Paypal bluetooth and then re-paired and it fixed the problem temporarily, but then it started up again so I had to go through the same process. I think the issue was with the app or the wireless card reader. I tried to reach customer support, but after three attempts I gave up. I'm hoping its a glitch that will be resolved soon.
