ARGH!! I have this problem constantly. It started for me using Firefox, but does it no matter what browser I use. I have sent several requests to PP to fix it, but I see from reading all 7 pages of this thread that they apparently do not care enough about customer service to actually throw some tech time or money at a fix. I'm a small business owner, and use Paypal as my sole payment provider in my internet store. It is a rare day that I do not have at least one Bad Request error every 2 transactions. Then I have to delete my history and cookies, shut down my browser each time, and since I normally have multiple orders to print shipping labels for each day, this is a huge waste of my time. Thank God on days when it's impossible to deal with, I have Stamps.com and USPS.com to print my labels and get my work done. Pretty soon, I'm going to find another payment provider and re-open my Chase merchant account. This is SO bogus with the amount of money eBay and Paypal collectively make off of us, that they can't fix this stupid time waster.
