I am so upset over this dispute. I had an order, with all the paper work the ups tracking # my invoice taht was payed. It was a present for the clients daughter. Waht kind of deal is this. It makes me want to order and then claim it was never delivered. BS now Pay-Pal is in favor of the customer and not me!! WHY!! I have been doing bussiness for along time 7+ years without one problem, Now they send the money back to her plus charging me $20.00 WTF!!
