Back in January, I ordered two Student Master cards for my kids who don't reside with me. Paypal claims they mailed it to my home address under the student's names via first class mail (no tracking mechanism) but I have not received them. I emailed paypal but all I receive is a scripted message. I also called Paypal and asked the agent to track it and re-send it directly to me using a tracking mechanism such as delivery confirmation or Fedex billed to sender but he disregarded my request and said he cannot accomodate me and re-sent them again via standard mail. I'm still waiting for the cards. It's really important that my kids receive these cards for their college. I'm very annoyed that there is no tracking mechanism to track these cards. I'm afraid that the first round of cards were misdirected to someone else and the same thing will happen again. I don't have time to waste regarding these cards -- I want to give them to my kids who needs them now. I had hoped Paypal would be flexible in their shipping of these student cards to me. Also, Paypal really needs to send these cards via delivery tracking confirmation to avoid misdirected mail. Is anyone else having problems receiving the student master cards?
