Help! PayPal has just awarded my buyer a full refund including return shipping charges. The item I sold was brand new (and the buyer agreed it was brand new). The buyer said the item was not as described, she said it was smaller that she thought it would be and that she paid too much money for it - buyers remorse. My terms & conditions stated no returns. PayPal has decided for the buyer. How can I dispute this? I know that when I receive this item back it will not be in the same condition as when I sent it out with all the original wrappings, etc. on it. What can I do? I am not a store or a business, just an honest person who needs additional income. Is there anything that can be done? I have a copy of all the correspondance if you care to view it but I can't figure out how the ATTACHMENTS portion of this page works 😞 Thank you in advance for your time and consideration.
