Since when did Pay-pal force you to use your account balance instead of the option of alternative payment methods. Previously (in the last 3 months) I have used both methods with no problems while carrying a balance. Now Pay-Pal forces me to use my account balance first. I wish to have the choice of either which I have used in the past. If this is the way PP forces me to use their service then I will not use their service anymore and make it my business to tell others not to use PP. I have been a loyal PP customer since 2003 with no issues until now! Thank you PP for NOT giving me the choice anymore!!!!! What a crappy way of operating a business.
