I just got scammed by them! I looked at an item on their website put it in my cart, did the PayPal thing, then PayPal said I had to go back to the website to complete my purchase but I never hit the button to complete the purchase because I changed my mind. They charged me anyway! Without my final consent! I messaged the website through theif help tab and they refunded my money within 1 day.

File dispute in resolution center (item substantially not as described) then escalate to claim. Let PP contact seller, if seller don't respond by estimated resolution date then you win. If PP keep pushing date back there is noting you can do. If dispute ruled not in your favor and you have good argument and evidence, you can try to appeal; using chat in message center. Ask at that time when you more help.

Never received my item so I opened a dispute with PayPal. After another 2 months I received a tracking number according to the usps. I didn't receive it.

I paid for my order two months ago. The seller will not contact me back. They are ignoring my messages. I ask pay pal to step in and help me but it does not look like they are doing anything. How long can they possibly make me wait before refunding my money? 2 months seens plenty of time for me
