bought item the 13th... the tracking number he listed (after paypal forced him to), when tracked on http://17track.net/IndexEn.html has the destination listed as Saudi Arabia....What should I do!? what if paypal sees that it will be delivered, sides with him? should I call paypal sorry I know I've been posting so many questions...never been effed over this badly.

it was through iOffer (never use that site!) seller name arrived888888. he stopped replying after I paid. I opened dispute...he provided a tracking number that is not working...what if paypal closes the case because he provided a tracking number? what should I do about this..should I call paypal? it still says 'being investigated by paypal' the tracking number doesn't work 4 days after it was posted!

I'm really worried the seller is a fraud and he's going to send me someting significantly different than what I ordered...I opened a case because he stopped all contact with me after I paid him the $ (it is on iOffer btw)... .But he has provided a tracking # to paypal so is it possible to change the claim? see what I am worried about is that paypal will see he provided tracking # and choose it in his favor...then when the item comes IF it's different I'll be **bleep**ed. what if he did ship and all but I get something different? can I open the case for a diff reason......will paypal help with that? I just want my item to be right and I'll be happy 😞

hello, I know I deserve all this for being stupid enough to use iOffer...but anyway, I filed a claim the 18th, after seller got my $ he completely started to ignore my messages...didnt provide tracking #...nothing...I filed a claim...It ends the 28th, seller still hasn't responded. I am wondering if it's possible he already took out the $ from the account and I won't get it back...or do they have it on hold? thanks
