(Forgive me for reposting this question under a new subject, but I really need a response ASAP and as I assume its an easy one to answer am hoping my new more concise topic description will prompt a response from somebody!) A client wants to pay me for a business service by credit card. I don't accept credit card payments directly but am happy for him to do so by using his credit card to make the payment into my Paypal business account. However, I want him to also pay all Paypal transaction fees so I am not out of pocket. The Paypal help pages state: "Receiving a domestic personal payment (eg a gift from family) is free if the sender uses their PayPal balance or their bank as the payment method. If they use a credit or debit card there will be a small fee. The sender can decide to pay this or pass it on to the recipient". In order to ensure the sender pays the transaction fee/s I'd like to send him detailed guidance explaining how he can select to pay the fees, but I cannot find this. Can anyone point me to such instructions or guidance, or failing that can someone explain exactly what the sender/payer needs to do when paying so as to ensure THEY will have paid ALL fees due for the transaction? Thanks
