Short story is that I sold an item on eBay, over a week ago. After the sale, the company that makes the device announced that devices aren't getting updated to new software. Buyer issues a chargeback to reclaim their money, and they still have my device. I've already submitted documentation for the dispute, screenshots, order confirmations, delivery confirmations, tracking numbers...but can someone check on the status of it for me? Am I any closer to getting my money back? If the chargeback isn't reversed in my favor, what other options do I have, should Paypal decide I don't qualify for Seller Protection? Can I take this person to small claims court, even though they live across the country? Any advice is welcome. I'm a victim of fraud and need some guidance. Thanks in advance.
