I posted this in another thread but looks like no one from Paypal is going to reply to that thread. Yes, I too feel your annoyance! I had someone open a dispute purely because the item they bought didn't fit them even though was the exact size stated in the auction. I clearly state in my auctions that i do not offer refunds but due to all this buyer protection rubbish, terms and conditions clearly mean nothing! My buyer paid on the 2nd of Feb, opened a dispute on the 12th Feb, i agreed for them to return the item because its just too stressful arguing the toss then having paypal refund the money, only for me to be out of pocket for the recorded delivery cost, cost of the item, and no money from the sale! Still to this day they have not responded to their claim and not sent the item back but funnily enough, paypal still have my money. Paypal - can you let me know what the deal is here? you are quick to take your fees, where is my money?! Thanks
