Hi, I have a problem but it is not associated with eBay. I paid for a hosting service ( Like hosting files and stuff ) but the service does not work. I open a support ticket on the service website in about an hour after I purchased it saying it doesn't work. The owner however is ignoring my issue and refuses to help. It's been 3 to 4 days and he hasn't respond to me and I know he got my ticket because the website is new therefore there's no trafficking in supports. Can I open a dispute for this? Asking for a chargeback or whatever? There's no option for it though. There's only two option and that's for eBay stuff. "I have a problem with an item I purchased" "I want to report a transaction that I didn't authorize"
