I opened a case on 25/01/2020 for an order which I made on 21/12/20 which I did not receive. It was mentioned on the website that shipping would take 7-14 days. The tracking number has not been updated since 02/01/20. I have requested for a refund and escalated the case on 28/01/2020. Since then paypal has been extending the case resolution date several time and I am still waiting for a refund from the seller who is not responding. I don't understand how to solve this issue.
