Yes, we tried everything imaginable, including removing all old versions of Java and trying a different printer. Nothing with you or him I see in common, he was on XP and a network, and all else worked fine as well. Most of the code used in the PayPal printing application is old and not up to date with the Runtime, but nobody else seems to be having this problem. I have tried everything possible to try to duplicate this on my system with no luck. It appears to me that what is happening is the Dymo driver or the Java print window is not properly loading the label template correctly or something is interfering with it.
