As a buyer I purchased two wedding dresses from a Chinese seller (ID chuanqi2011) via eBay in April totalling £131. GBP. When they arrived both dresses had visible blue pen marks on, the stitching was falling apart at the seams and looked nothing like the advertised picture. I Took photos of the marks and contacted seller. The Seller replied with an apology saying that she would issue a refund if I promised to leave good feedback. I left good feedback and ebay granted the money to be refunded to me. The emails from this seller continued on saying that I had left bad feedback and the seller continued to email me 2-3 times a day asking me to contact eBay to remove feedback. I emailed eBay asking to remove feedback and advised the seller I would let them know their response. To this the seller replied saying that as an honest buyer and for helping her resolve her problem that I could keep the dresses as a “thank you” and for bring so honest. EBay customer service replied to my request saying that they could not remove feedback as it was not negative. I contacted the seller to tell her. She continued to pester me with emails until I polity asked her to stop as there was nothing more I could do. I sent her copies of the email from eBay customer service and told her that I was happy for her to use my name and continue trying to contact eBay to have this removed. The Seller emailed to say thank you again and offered me an additional gift (a veil or a bag) for being an honest buyer which I did not accept. I packaged both dresses back in original bags and stored them as they were no use to me and could not be worn for a wedding. I have now two months later been sent a dispute to return the "refunded monies" as the seller had not received dresses back. I have emails from the seller saying to keep dresses as a gift for leaving positive feedback as mentioned above. I contacted the seller and said that if she would like me to return the dresses, that I would be happy to post back to her and would email proof of postage to her including tracking number. I have also emailed her pictures of the dresses still in the original packaging to show the dresses are still in the same condition I received them in. I have now offered to send the dresses back to this seller on two Occasions. On both occasions the seller has rejected this offer and stated that they do not want the dresses and that they are only interested in getting their money back. I feel it is very unfair for a seller to grant a refund to a buyer for the supply of un-wearable goods and then two months later try to claim that refund back. Please could you advise me of how a solution can be sought and if a seller can issue a refund and then 2 months later ask for it back?
