After being referred to numerous pages and clicks, the place I finally found that looked like it would have an answer for me said: "Sorry, this page is not available any more". Great help! This is the kind of assistance I have been getting lately from PayPal. And reding numerous posts here, I find that I am not alone. Why is it so hard to find help, and get to even speak to a courteous and helpful person? I have been treated to rude and unhelpful people, and am considering closing my account. Thanks for letting me vent.
