@txplanebuilder wrote: I have a debit card linked to the account. Still gives me a 'you've reached your limit of 10,000' blurb. Why it does this when I am trying to spend $50 and have a 58.00 balance.... Hi txplanebuilder ok.. so it doesn't seem to have anything to do with no bank account... because you do have a debit card on file... Is the 50.00 you are spending include shipping etc ? If it was more than you have in your Paypal Account, it should then go to your debit/credit card for the balance... I am not sure why it is not.... Make sure you are logged in to Paypal and click on their " Contact Us" link (at bottom of most pages) & follow links to their phone number ( they will give you a code to give the Rep.... good for a certain amount of time to call ).... They may be having a "glitch" in their system..... Log Out of paypal.... Try cleaning out your browser cache, cookies & temp files... and log in fresh from www.paypal.com try your changes, and see if that helps also... Post back if and let us know if either of these has worked to fix your problem ______Just want to add this info for you... this was in Paypal Help Center______ So I would call them & have them take a look at your account... and ask them also about your phone number... JeanQA How will my payments be funded? When you pay for something, the first thing we do is check your PayPal balance to see if it’s enough to cover the payment. If you have enough money in your balance, we’ll use it to make the payment. If you have some money in your PayPal balance but not enough, we’ll use your PayPal balance plus another payment method linked to your account. If you don’t have any money in your PayPal balance, we’ll use another payment method linked to your account. When you don’t have a PayPal balance or don’t have enough in your PayPal balance, we’ll use your bank account as the default payment method unless you select a different way to pay. To make sure you’re using the payment method you want, check the Review Your Payment page. Note: If you have PayPal Smart Connect, a PayPal Plus MasterCard, a PayPal Debit MasterCard, or an eBay MasterCard, you can make that your default payment method. Once a payment has been sent to another PayPal account, the funding source cannot be changed.
