Hi have the same problem recently selling a mobile phone. The phone has been delivered and the tracking confirms this i have added the tracking info under the details section but how do i let paypal know that the item has been delivered. I am also fed up with ebay and paypal as it seems unfair that the buyer has your goods but you have no money to show for it because the payment is pending but all the time it is sitting in paypals accounts they are getting paid interest on our money. I have requested the buyer of my phone leave me feedback but what can you do if they do not reply. The amount of time paypal holds our money is scandalous and should be looked into because it is not fair on the selling community and i disagree that it is high risk to sell a mobile phone, computer or anything else listed as high risk. I recently brought a pair of trainers for my daughter and after i had paid the money over ebay decided to send me a message saying the listing had been removed basically telling me that i had been conned however it still took me nearly three weeks to get my money back so my point is that mobiles, computers ect are not the only things that people get scammed on. Either way you look at it the rules are rubbish and the explanations are rubbish and if i had known i was going to have to wait so long for money that is rightfully mine and much needed then i wouldn't have bothered selling on ebay in the first place. It has been nearly a week now since the auction ended and as it was a friday when the item was posted it was delivered on monday. Then i wait for a feedback which has not materialised followed by my complaint to paypal about the way this is being handled so i have to wait over 24 hours for a reply and then god forbid i get my payment release i have to wait another 3 or 4 days to get the money into my bank account. I am starting to rant now so will end there but i think i may have got my point accross and by the way is the email that paypal sends out a standard generated one as i have recieved the same email word for word. It still equates to rubbish. Rubbish excuses, Rubbish service....... Rant Over
