The same thing is happening with mine! I just recently set up an eBay account and sold a few things. The payments from the customers show up in PayPal, but the funds are still not available and I sold those things 19 days ago! And it says I still have to wait 5 more days! I can't keep waiting this long for everything I sell. I don't understand why PayPal holds the payments for so long.
