Hi I have recently set up a website and to date had to purchases from it. The first purchase was fine but the second one has been reveresed by Paypal. When I log onto Paypal it says on the things to do 'Configure API's' but when I press this option it says error try again later which I have done. Can anyone please help me to configure this.
