Ordered a product and paid through Pay Pal with a credit card on file. It's getting around a month of no notification of any type from the seller about the item I purchased. Have sent them an email each week, requesting some type of notice that (1) they got my order, (2) their going to ship my order (3) when will it be shipped or (4) they got my payment. But when I look at the community questions and answers for a similar type problem, all I see is that PayPal is saying "if there is a problem go to your credit Card company to file a charge back." If Pay Pal is not going to help in some way by contacting the Payee about the problem, why do I need Pay Pal. There is no ease there, there is no help, no nothing. Just my thought.
