I bought products on Sunday Feb 26th. They replied back to me on Tuesday saying that i selected the wrong shipping and that there is a shiping estimate error of $10. They said they would cancle the order or send me the difference through paypal. I immediatley replied that I still want the shipment and to send the shipping difference invoice to my paypal account. I then sent another email the following day. Then one on Friday. I called 4 times Thursday and left 2 messages. I also called five times today. Left one message. No response. I am upset that my order STILL hasn't been shipped and that I have not receive a response. I told them if I do not hear from them in 2 days I will open a dispute through Pay-Pal. If that does not do anything, then I will enter a claim. Can someone give me some suggestions? some help, and some direction? Thanks, Jesse
