I had a half a dozen transactions last week with no email notification. Like everyone else who has posted, Paypal dont recognise there is a real issue. I eventually got through to someone in April and they said they were aware of the problem and the tech team were working on it. they couldnt give me the faintest clue when it would be fixed and did not seem bothered. When I asked to speak to someone more senior the agent refused and said no one would give me any other feedback or help to resolve... I am lookin for alternatives and am currently switching to sagepage for a new product that we are launching! I was asked for the usual feedback "following my contact with paypal" and I threatened I was going to leave and gave the feedback scores as the lowest possible and no resultant response from Paypal... I cant continue to waste my time ringing Paypal to continue to be fobbed off and to receive waht can only be described as a PPS (pixx pxxr service).
