Hello I am currently doing college in Argentina so I am not going to be returning to the u.s soon I was adviced to open a new account and get it verified. I am going to do that the thing is the banks here arent as good so I was wondering if I could verify the us account as well. Its more so I dont have to use cheques or send up to 500 a week only. Its so all I have to do is use a program like zoom or western union and just transfer the money from one bank account to the other. Hello I have been reading some other posts and I see there are a lot of problems with lifting the limit and I was worried about that I have an account in the US and all the money goes to my account but right know I am in Argentina and I am doing college so not going to be returning any time soon. Hello I have tried to get paypal to accept my Santander rios(the name of bank) debit card it has a visa logo so it should work but it says my debit card was rejected by bank is there anything i can do to change that. if its a bank problem how do i check which bank supports paypal.   And also I have made an ebook and was thinking of getting the payements through my paypal account does it have to be verified to receive the money. ...
