A buyer never changed their address on paypal after moving. Package was sent to old address, then returned to me after buyer opened a dispute with ebay. Paypal has put the money on hold. When I go to the transaction and hit 'detail' I do not get the option to refund this money. Maybe because transaction is over 60 days old? I really want to refund this money to A) Resolve the ebay dispute...B) Be done with this buyer who gave negative feedback due to HER mistake...C) Do the right thing Any help will be appreciated
