Pretty much. Since their investigators have no clue at how to manage virtual items. I'd read my guide on how to prevent getting scammed the next time you deal with ... I'm guessing World of Warcraft account?

For example, someone uses Mass Payment to send me PayPal funds. Then later the person files a bank chargeback against PayPal for the bank transfer. Will that affect the payment I received?

I have a buyer who claims to be using a PayPal Security Key. But how do I know he's telling the truth? The only thing I can think of is for the buyer to give their password to try and access the account. This shouldn't be possible since a 6 digit code is required. But this is obviously not a good idea. Anyone have any other suggestions?

If it's not specifically in the Terms of Service, then it's just as likely for PayPal to rule against you. So even if there are changes to virtual item policy, it doesn't seem significant and the situation is more or less the same as 1 year ago.

Yea I usually tack on an international currency fee of 1% when receiving from sellers outside of the US.
