I sold two items to a buyer living in France. I had delivery confirmation that the item was shipped on a certain date along with custom forms. The item never got to its destination. The buyer processed a claim. I submitted all my information and copy of the postal receipt and custom receipt. Paypal refunded the buyers the entire amount. I dont know how this can happen. I could see it if I didnt have proof that it was shipped. Since international shipping doesnt have to scan when they receive items in their post office I will never know if the buyer ever received the items. They got their protection but where is my protection. Before long buyers are going to realize that they can receive their items and then claim they never got them and BINGO they get their money back. I was out the money and the items and I just know in my heart that this buyer DID receive the items. If he didnt receive them at the time a claim was filed I bet he has by now. This just isnt fair mainly because I will never get my product back..
