Hi, I have the same problem I can't access my European PayPal account. I was told to call PayPal Customer Care Hotline and talk to an Account Specialist. The problem is that the phone lines are currently closed due to COVID-19 so you can't reach them. All you can do is wait until things get back to normal. Hope this helps. Warm regards, Balazs

Hi, Neither the cache and cookies clearing nor the use of a different browser worked. It appeares that somerhing goes wrong on PayPal's end. In fact I got an error message after I put in the new password that "Something went wrong on PayPal's end". I guess someone needs to look inside my account and see what the problem may be. Thanks for the information. I was told by PayPal to call the Customer Care Hotline at[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]to take care of the issue I have. However no Account Specialist is available due to COVID-19. Can you tell me how I can have this issue resolved by contacting PayPal?
