Like dozen (hundreds? thousands?) of people have mentioned on the forums over the past 4 years, I'm unable to remove an old bank account. I added a new bank, verified it, then went to delete the old one. No luck and a totally useless error message: "Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later." I'm also unable to delete my old address. I have NO pending transactions. I've been a member since 2001. It's astounding that such a large company has no way to respond to customer complaints or hire competent web programmers, for that matter. This is a VERY simple and common task that PayPal users need to be able to do. How many more years will it take for PayPal to fix this problem? (I've seen complaints about it here since 2010!) --TJD
