If you completed a purchase through guest checkout, you won't be able to view the transaction in your regular PayPal account.
However, you can still file a claim - but you'll need to speak directly with a phone representative to do so. Gather up the details of your payment: your card information, email address, payment date/amount, etc, and give them a call via the "Contact Us" link. Someone will happily file the claim on your behalf and let you know the next step.
