Hi all, I have tried working with PayPal support representatives, but it's obvious that they have very little knowledge of the iPhone app, or simply don't care. Every time I try the "Send Money" feature, I receive the following error: An error has occurred. We're sorry we can't complete your payment. If you continue to receive this error, please visit www.paypal.com. This is the sorriest excuse for an error message I have ever seen. I have no trouble sending money from the web site, and all the other app features work fine. I've tried re-installing the app, cleared the cache, cleared the cookies, etc. By the way, this is an iPhone 4S (IOS 5.0.1). Has anyone else encountered this problem? or is it just a poorly written app and I should forget about it?
