Hi, I sold an item through paypal after the person couldn't bid on my eBay listing- I've come to think they couldn't bid because they're trouble! My listing was detailed, I had specified no returns. On the paypal invoice I again detailed what would be included- the item and instructions. I posted by second class recorded, and when the buyer received the item they claimed they were not happy and wanted to make a return since there was no cable or charger. Even new, there would be no cable or charger in this case (besides which, this is a watch battery). I explained this, and since I specified no returns, I asked them to file a dispute if they weren't happy as I would abide by Paypal's decision. Frankly I think they should have taken the time to read the listing and my invoice, then question anything they weren't sure about. It seems they've realised a dispute wouldn't work for them as I can prove they received the item, and it doesn't differ from the description. So now I am receiving invoices for the sale amount plus original postage, the latest- several days after receipt- being on the basis that the item doesn't work. It was fully tested and a battery installed before listing, let alone posting. This is irritating at worst, but can I somehow report the buyer if this continues? Having searched, I can't find any option for doing this besides reporting a fraudulent claim, which only works if there is a dispute open. Anyway, I appreciate this forum for putting this on the record, and any help would be appreciated. Yuki
