Hi, I recently bought an item on eBay, paid by paypal, and the item arrived damaged (inadequately packaged). I told the seller about it, took a photo of the damage etc, and have offered to send it back to him. Anway I think the seller will end up playing ball, and that he has accepted that the item was indeed damaged during shipping, so we should be able to sort this out between ourselves (whether he accepts that he simply didn't pack it well enough is another matter I guess, but it was poorly packaged). Anyway, my question. If in the unlikely event that the seller gets awkward about giving me a full refund, whats the best way to resolve the issue? Open a dispute in eBay or open one in Paypal? Are there pros and cons of each? Thanks
