Royal Mail had major upgrade to their website - and it's pants... Bugs galore, it wasn't tested properly being released. Now it's impacting paypal, because they are calling the same webservices on Royal Mail website... Just pants from 2 major organizations - who can't even test something simple before releasing the software. Hello DHL/Fedex...goodbye Smelly Mail
