Hello, I just got off the phone with a representative helping me to dispute a charge and they suggested using the secure message function to pass along more information (i.e.: email correspondence) with the seller I'm disputing. Unfortunately each time I try to send my message this happens, "There is a problem with the information you provided. Please go back and try again." It tells me nothing about what information is causing the problem or how to fix it. I'm not anywhere where I can access a fax, and I really don't want to have to snail mail this in. Is there another way to reach them? It would be lovely if they had an email address. Any guidance would be appreciated.
