Above is the response I got from you. For over a month now, I have been trying to get credit cards activated in our business account. PayPal is already activated but we need to accept regular credit cards as well. I spent an hour on the phone last Wednesday and after being transferred to three different people, the last person told me that he would issue a support ticket for me. Here is what the problem is: The guy told me to mouse over PROFILE in my account. He told me I would see a drop down menu. Well lo and behold, I did not get a drop down menu. The guy then tells me that I have a drop down menu, I'm just not seeing it. Well my eyes are good and I have been a computer professional since 1975 and i KNOW when there is no drop down menu. He stopped short of telling me that I'm a liar. Anyway, he never issued a support ticket unless it is the one above but I doubt it because that just tells me how to add an email address to my account, which I never asked for. I just got a message asking me to complete a survey about my support call. DID I EVER FILL OUT A SURVEY! I hope someone reads it. Please contact me asap and give me the steps involved to: a) get a drop down menu when I mouse over PROFILE (It works fine in another account I own) b) add credit cards as a means of payment for our customers Thank you Laura
