I have been waiting 9 days for a maximum 8 day transaction. They've even made me wait up to 11-12 days (in the past). They should try to make their company more trustworthy by including more accurate timeframe information and more direct reasons for these absurd wait times. Maybe they could hire people to work nights and weekends as well (which would create jobs, and make their systems run much faster). I mean, if they're going to be charging interest on our transactions, the least they could do is actually provide us with some kind of compensation for our premiums. EDIT: Also, if their company is not going to be active on the weekends, the website should reflect this.
