Hi, I have been using PayPal for many years for my business. I pretty much have between 10K and 15K in my account at all times. I use my debit card to buy products for my business every day. I also receive about 1/2 of my payables to my PayPal account directly each month. The other 1/2 I get in checks which I deposit to my bank and then transfer to my PayPal account. About a month ago, I had two fraudulent charges to my account which I contacted PayPal immediately, cancelled the card, reversed the charges, and everything was fine. About 3 or 4 weeks ago, I began to have problems transferring money INTO my PayPal account. I usually transfer about $5,000.00 per week into my account from my business checking account. This is the error I get "You may not add funds at this time. It is not necessary to have funds in your PayPal balance in order to send a payment." I contacted PayPal Customer Service and I was told that there had been a limit on my account and it was now lifted. I tried again to transfer funds and no luck. I contacted Customer Service again and I was told that because of new security measures, I was limited in how much I could transfer into my account. They could not tell me what the limit was,but I should try again the next day. I did that and I was able to transfer $4,000.00. Now it is a new week and I can only transfer $200.00. How do I get this lifted? I make about $600.00 per month in cash back and I don't want to start using another service as I am grandfathered in at the 1.5% cash back level. Help Please
