We've had a number of customers complain that they have issues in using our on-line payment processing with PayPal. We deal with small businesses that are purchasing software from our site. It boils down to a few things: 1. If the user has a credit card that is already linked to a Paypal account, they MUST login to their account. Some of our users are using their personal cards for business transactions and DO NOT want to log into their personal account for business transactions. 2. If the user has a shipping address / billing address already in an account, again they MUST log in. 3. If the email address that they have is already linked to a paypal account, again, they MUST log in. While I realize that individuals can go through the myriad of steps to set this on their paypal account, how can we, as a vendor, set this up so that users who simply want to pay with a credit card (and NEVER log in) do so? Thanks, Jon
