The problem is that PayPal has contract with me. The User Agreement and stated policy on their website states that money can be put into a Cash Account, a Cash Plus account, transferred to a checking or savings account (once you give PayPal the authority to put money in and take money out when ever they want), or a check can be mailed to a confirmed address. OK, I confirmed the address according to the instructions I was given and I confirmed double check those instructions in the stated policy on the website. It didn't work. The third Agent I chatted with told me that to really confirm my address... I have to link a savings or checking account by giving PayPal complete authority to access the funds in my account. Get it? I guess the real problem is, I'm being lied to by a Corporation that is holding my money hostage and is demanding that I give them access to my accounts just so they can confirm my address. Which is something they don't need and according to the contract and their policy statements, they aren't entitled to. Is that enough of a problem? The User Agreement and policy statements say one thing, but when you try to do that, it doesn't work... anymore. It used to work, but they've decided they want your account info. Why? Do you think PayPal makes money selling your info?
