Hi I was sold a brand new microwave that turned out to have faults & I had to have 0800 repair service out to assess. Door switches and pcb needed. The seller a private individual has been very difficult and refused point blank to refund, making all kinds of allegations and excuses. I now believe he sold it knowing it didn't work. I have involved PayPal resolution service and they said I could have a full refund once I return the goods back in the original condition and in a condition acceptable to the seller! I think this is unacceptable of PayPal to put conditions on me as the person out of pocket and inconvenienced. I also think this guy will find excuses not to pay regardless of the condition. I want paypal to be on the side of the consumer not the 'fraudster'. Can I ask for a full refund and seller to arrange collection of his goods once funds cleared?
