Someone sent me a reqest for payment from their phone using PayPal's mobile application. I received the request in my email with a link to PayPal's mobile applicaton. However, the email said I could also log on to PayPal's full application on my computer to see the request. When I do so, the request for payment is not listed anywhere. Is there an inadvertent disconnect between PayPal's mobile application and their full application? Shouldn't this request for payment be showing up in my account even if it was sent from a smart phone instead of from a computer?
