I was just ripped off after selling gold coins to Spain using First Class International. I was told by the USPS that the customs number on my customs form would be my tracking number (NOT TRUE). I was suspicious when the buyer claimed non-receipt after only a few days. I then found out that First Class International is worthless when sending merchandise outside the country since there is no way to track after it leaves the USA. There is simply no good or safe reason to ship merchandise using First Class International and PayPAl should discontinue the acceptance of this shipping method. But it continues and basically PayPal tells the harmed sellers who are victims of theft.... "Too Bad". NOW FOR ANYONE INTERESTED IN AN EASY WAY TO STEAL USING PAYPAL, DO THE FOLLOWING....and you can't get caught. 1) Look for expensive items on ebay that will ship internationally using First Class International. 2) Bid any amount you want as high as you want since it doesn't matter, (you'll get it all back anyway). 3) Get the merchandise and then claim non-receipt. 4) You get to keep the merchandise and the best part is you get all your money back so you can do it again. 5) OH....and your rating is not affected. You can continue to use your great rating to lure more unsuspecting sellers. CONGRATULATIONS PAYPAL.
