I sold an expensive item to Europe and paid $50 in shipping fees. In the delivery status it states that the buyer requests their own pick-up and are being notified. This has been happening for 7 days already and the buyer has not picked up the item. I've had problems with this buyer in the past and I am beginning to think he is out to get me. If the post office ships the item back to me and he files a claim of non-receipt and asks for a refund, will I be able to keep the shipping fees?
