Yep, that's how PayPal does business. They never ask questions or ask for proof. Their customer support is effing garbage. Cases aren't even looked into, they're decided on a whim by some poorly paid rep in India who just clicks "close case" all day without looking at them. I will never sell a single item digital or physical on PayPal again. A lot of people have had disputes from people saying the buyers got broken items and without proof, PayPal would promptly refund them without even asking questions or asking them to return it. PayPal is a con-artists paradise.
