I have tried everything. When I click 'try another way', it kicks me back to the PSD2 page. The phone number linked with my account is an old defunct landline number. I changed my password and got access to the community, but when I click "paypal settings" to try and change my phone number it asks me log in via PSD2 again. I tried calling at 9am yesterday (Saturday) and the automated voice suggested they give me a call back. I got a call back and an automated voice told me that their office was closed and to try again during their business hours...it WAS during their business hours!! This is a joke. Can someone from Paypal tell me how the **bleep** I can get back into my account please? Do NOT tell me to reset my password or give me some "unprecedented times". I can't pay for anything via Paypal if I can't log in. Absolutely **bleep**ing ridiculous.

I was recently given a refund for an item I bought a couple of months ago that never arrived, but the refund was sent to my paypal account, then automatically returned to the original credit card. This card however, was lost over a month ago and I've since renewed my card and updated my details on to paypal. Is there any way of retrieving this payment?
