I made 3 calls today and on the last one they closed out the call while i was on hold. Im in Canada with the same issue. Instant transfer wprked perfectly for my on July 5th..now its not working at all. I even called my bank and that is not the issue. Its a backend issue with PayPal. Plain and simple. I tried different cards, browsers and even tried transfering myfunds to my sister with the same results. Its not our cards that are the problem. Its PayPal's problem. I tried 2 different browsers and even transfered the money to my sister and nephew to try via instant transfer, same result. This is an ossue on PayPals end not the users. None of the options we are told to try worked. This is a PayPal backend issue that needs to be fixed. ... View more

I would like to know why when I purchase items from another site that accepts PayPal, it only gives me the option to pay with cc or bank account when I have funds in my paypal balance? In my business, I need to be able to use my paypal balance as this is what my clients pay me with. When purchasing my clients' products, I need to be able to use my PP FUNDS, and NOT my cc or bank account.    This needs to be fixed, and only recently has this begun. Were there any changes that PP did not notify us about? If those are the only two options available for us to pay with (cc or bank acct) I will be forced to find another payment solution for my clients instead of PayPal. ... View more

I honestly don't think they care. I tried to pay for something from another site and pay with my paypal funds, but the only options it gave me were my bank account and my cc. I have funds in my paypal acct, so I should have been able to pay with that, but never gave me the option. I am starting to think paypal is setting out to scam people and never notified us of this change. It had to have been done recently, as I never had this issue before. I am having the same problem. It is not allowing me to use the paypal funds to pay for the shipping label. It is stating credit card/debit card only. This really bites. Why doesn't PayPal know that what they are doing will cause people to use another payment method? If this doesn't get resolved, I will be selling my items and accepting other payments instead of paypal in the future. ... View more
